Stuart Stephens

Stuart has extensive expertise directing complex aviation projects for the airport and airline industry. He has successfully managed all phases of the design process on a wide range of aviation projects, and his broad knowledge, aviation expertise, and exceptional customer focus make him well suited to address the diverse aspects of airport terminal design and construction.

As Alliiance’s director of human resources, Stuart is dedicated to recruiting new talent and keeping the firm’s staff healthy, happy, and productive. He is also an active mentor for emerging professionals, coordinating our firm’s intern development program and organizing resources to enhance our sustainability goals and processes on all projects. Stuart is a graduate of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California, and an avid fitness buff who especially enjoys taking his family on walking and jogging tours of world destinations.
