Required: Graduates of accredited architecture programs with 10 to 15 years of experience and are licensed.

Primary roles and responsibilities include:

• Works closely on a day-to-day basis with the project’s designer and manager to execute project plans and develops project documents during the design, bidding, and construction phases.
• Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
• Coordinates with a project manager to directly supervise the team’s design and technical delivery.
• Skilled at coordinating moderately sized projects and consultant teams, with limited phasing.
• Understands and provides mentoring within a team.
• Coordinates phased quality assurance coordination and constructability reviews. Meets established project budgets and schedules.
• Effectively utilizes technical software and graphic tools. Proficiency is required in Revit, some knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD, and competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited architecture program with 10+ years of experience and diverse knowledge of architecture principles, practice, and design detailing. An architectural license is preferred.

Primary roles and responsibilities include:

• Working closely on a day-to-day basis with the lead designer, project manager, and other team members to develop graphic and written design solutions for client approval
• Creating project visuals including renderings and concept diagrams during the design phases
• Researching and evaluating project context including site, surrounding buildings, and urban planning
• Evaluating projects in the context of relevant local, state, and federal regulations
• Analyzing and selecting building materials and systems
• Communicating design-related topics and decisions to the design team and the client
• Assisting, or leading, with presentations to the client and others
• Effectively utilizing software and graphic tools with required proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape; some knowledge of AutoCAD; competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications; and experience in Grasshopper and Rhino
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders through flexible work arrangements
