Carey Brendalen
AIA, LEED APCarey is committed to delivering exceptionally functional, forward-thinking designs for Alliiance clients. He understands how the design of a physical environment contributes to an organization’s evolution, serving as a catalyst to progress. He particularly enjoys working with idea-driven clients who view each project as an opportunity to elevate their organization’s goals, mission, and brand.
The breadth of Carey’s work includes well-conceived and executed projects for both private and public-sector clients, an array that includes facilities for small science-based startups to headquarters buildings and new campuses for corporate clients.
Carey enjoys working with talented designers and fostering the advancement of knowledge across all areas of the practice. He is a graduate of Iowa State University, has served on the board of the International Facility Management Association, and is director for the Global Design Alliance. Away from the office, Carey enjoys competitive downhill skiing, road biking, and spending time with his wife and three children. He also makes the best chili ever.
