Nina Ebbighausen

Nina’s commitment to social responsibility has made her a leader in architectural education and shaped a career focused on public work. She has led projects from predesign through building design and construction, and an abiding interest in user and community impacts inform her work. Nina has considerable experience working with large and complex user groups, and she has received numerous awards for her design work as well as her outstanding involvement and leadership in architectural education.

Nina has been teaching design at the University of Minnesota Department of Architecture, where she is an adjunct associate professor, since 1999. She has traveled extensively and practiced architecture in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and across the United States. She also has a longstanding love of dance and has performed at several Twin Cities venues.
