2026 Promotions to Senior Associate

We are pleased to announce the following promotions to senior associate: 

 

Mallory Dillon, RA, LEED Green Associate 

Mallory joined Alliiance in 2017. She brings experience from both the East Coast and the Midwest, combining a broad perspective with a strong understanding of local context. Known for her calm demeanor, client-focused approach, and strong organizational skills, Mallory provides steady leadership on complex projects and ensures design and project goals are met with clarity and precision. 

During her benchmarking trip to Singapore and Tokyo she gained insights into global standards for airport customer experience, which she continues to bring to her work. 

 

Todd Edwards 

Todd joined Alliiance in 2015 and brings more than 30 years of experience. He has served in project management and project architecture roles across a wide range of project types, including lifestyle, aviation, public, science and technology, and environmental learning. Todd’s aviation work includes numerous local and national projects. 

Todd is known for his strong communication skills, efficiency, proactive approach, and dedication to improving client service and project outcomes. 

 

Jessica Kraft, AIA 

Jessica joined Alliiance in 2022 and brings more than 17 years of experience in higher education design. She is recognized as a trusted lab design specialist, known for her collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and design sensitivity. Jessica excels at engaging user groups through clear communication and meaningful collaboration, ensuring a seamless and productive design process. Colleagues value her diligence, creativity, attention to detail, and clarity in communication.
