2026 Promotions to Associate

We are pleased to announce the following promotions to associate:

Laura Adams

Laura joined Alliiance in 2020 as a receptionist and has since grown into her current role as an HR assistant. She supports onboarding for new staff and provides a welcoming, positive experience for clients, guests, and employees through her professionalism and positive demeanor. Laura provides consistent and dependable administrative support and contributes to the coordination of office operations and events.

 

Mandel Cameron, AIA

Mandel joined Alliiance in 2024 as a project designer, bringing 15 years of professional experience. She approaches design with a thoughtful, holistic mindset, balancing big-picture vision with detailed development to translate design intent into buildable solutions. With a strong design sensibility, Mandel contributes across scales, from early design to technical development and execution.

 

Greta Foster, CID, WELL AP

Greta joined Alliiance in 2022 as a senior interior designer, bringing more than 20 years of experience. She is a trusted voice within the Public and Workplace studios and leads with empathy and a client-centered approach. Greta’s strong visual and verbal communication skills complement her data-driven approach to planning and design.

 

Josh Fowler, AIA

Josh joined Alliiance in 2022 and brings strong technical skills and a disciplined, research-driven approach to complex design challenges. He is valued for his ability to deeply analyze technical issues, clearly articulate constraints, and provide thoughtful options and recommendations, making him a reliable and trusted team member.

 

Todd Lenthe, LEED AP, CDT

Todd joined Alliiance in 2016 and brings 23 years of experience. He strengthens his teams by expertly managing complex projects, coordinating detailing and consultants, and mentoring colleagues. Todd is dedicated to delivering high-quality, thoughtful designs and approaches challenges with creativity and elegance.

 

Daniel Novak

Daniel joined Alliiance in 2023, bringing 8 years of professional experience. He is a trusted team member, known for his positive, approachable demeanor and strong client-facing skills. Daniel excels in collaboration and communication, building long-term relationships while confidently handling complex projects.

Laura joined Alliiance in 2019 and brings a strong commitment to design excellence and client service. She is known for her reliability, drive, and forward-thinking approach, consistently advocating for both design integrity and client priorities.
