Alliiance Welcomes Neal Cross

Alliiance is pleased to welcome Neal Cross, AIA, as a principal and Workplace Studio co-leader. Neal brings extensive experience in workplace design and leadership, along with a strong ability to integrate architecture and interior design to create environments that reflect each client’s unique identity and culture.

Neal will co-lead the Workplace Studio with principals Carey Brendalen, AIA, LEED AP and Deb Gil, CID, LEED AP ID+C, WELL AP, IIDA to advance our workplace practice, strengthen our design capabilities, guide project teams, and foster deeper collaboration across disciplines.

A designer at heart, Neal is passionate about crafting unique stories and atmospheres for every project—blending architecture and interior design into one cohesive experience. His expertise spans the repositioning and transformation of buildings and workplace environments, from reimagining façades and entries to enhancing amenities, lobbies, and workspaces. With a collaborative and client-focused approach, he brings additional energy and perspective to our team.
