Mississippi Gateway Regional Park is officially open! 

Alliiance, in partnership with WSB and Split Rock Studios, proudly led the design of the Gateway Center and other supporting facilities that bring this 160-acre riverfront park to life. The 15,000-square-foot Gateway Center—the heart of the project—is a central hub for community gathering and learning, featuring passive daylighting, geothermal systems, and a pathway toward net-zero energy performance.

Alliiance designed additional facilities that include a 132-seat park shelter with a catering kitchen and a 5,100-square-foot maintenance facility. Each facility in the park integrates seamlessly with surrounding structures and the landscape, enhancing the visitor experience and connecting people with nature.
