We are pleased to announce the following promotions to Senior Associate.
Stefan Balaz, AIA, LEED AP
Stefan is a strong project architect and project manager who brings an even-handled demeanor to his projects. He has been active in creating staff cohesion, consensus, camaraderie, and mentorship while gaining the confidence of clients and project teams through his foresight, diligence, and attention to quality. His experience ranges from regional airports in Williston, ND; Louisville, KY; Litle Rock, AR; to an international airport in Sainte-Marie in Réunion, France.
David Bower, LEED AP
David has been a key player in servicing the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) for over 16 years. Well-respected amongst project teams, David communicates proactively and has exceptional knowledge of MAC best practices, standards, and procedures which enables his teams to successfully navigate projects.
Linda Landry, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
Linda has extensive experience leading projects, intricate knowledge of how buildings need to be put together, and a passion for mentoring staff. She has worked on multiple projects for the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport and is now serving as senior project architect for the Quad Cities International Airport in Moline, IL.
Carol Nagele-Vitalis, SHRM
As our Human Resources Director, and member of the Board of Directors, Carol’s impact on Alliiance’s culture has been immediate and profound. She has connected with individuals across the organization, leveraging tools, collecting data, and recommending strategies on how we can improve recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
