Congratulations to Washington County on the grand opening of their Central Service and License Center!
Alliiance is proud to have helped bring this welcoming, eco-conscious facility to life—a one-stop hub that unites a wide range of county services under one roof. From licensing and passports to public health and career resources, the center streamlines access while fostering community connections. The new service model is built on principles of collaboration, equity, well-being, and enhanced service delivery. Sustainably designed with a mass timber structure—an environmentally sensitive alternative to steel and concrete with a much lower carbon footprint—the center reflects the county’s commitment to environmental stewardship and its deep connection to nature. The facility offers both long-term durability and high performance for now and future decades.
