Since joining Alliiance in 2014, Melissa has provided all aspects of architectural professional services on a wide range of aviation and lifestyle projects. Her depth of project understanding, client needs, and team dynamics have empowered her to be a highly effective project manager. Melissa has gained the deep personal trust of clients who have expressed gratitude for her responsiveness, resulting in longstanding relationships and successful projects.

Melissa regularly participates in aviation industry conferences and stays on top of industry concerns and trends. Internally, she is an integral part of Alliiance’s development and reinforcement of best practices in design management.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their son. A few of her favorite activities include traveling, downhill skiing, golfing, and home renovation projects.
