Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) has been named the Top Mega Airport in North America three of the past four years by J.D. Power.

Working on Terminal 1 since 1978, Alliiance is proud to have contributed to MSP’s world-class passenger experience and is honored to have played a role in designing an airport that travelers consistently enjoy and recognize for its excellence. J.D. Power’s annual North America Airport Satisfaction Study surveys over 30,000 consumers and measures overall passenger satisfaction with mega, large, and medium North American airports. Travelers rank their experience across seven core dimensions:
