West Pharmaceutical Services is a leading global manufacturer specializing in the design and production of technologically advanced, high-quality containment and delivery systems for injectable medicines. The project includes a 45,000-square-foot addition for manufacturing, employee experience, and office space, as well as a renovation of the existing 150,000-square-foot facility.
The office addition introduces much-needed amenities to the campus, including a new Town Hall for employee gatherings, meetings, and breaks. A “main street” connects the addition to the existing facility, creating a central hub for interaction. At the end of this walk on Level 2, the formal boardroom and presentation spaces provide a mezzanine area for informal guest hosting and flexible workspaces for visitors.
