Alliiance completed design and renovation of the Curacao Tower guest rooms on the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba property. The tower consists of public spaces, 600 guest rooms and suites and is destined to be the ‘couples’ tower with an adult pool.
The design concept of ‘Fresh, Breezy, Now: Beach Fun and Relaxation’ reflects the Aruba vibe with a modern approach. Inspired by the textures of the beach, the movements of the sea and the organic compositions of undersea life such as coral – these are sympathetically referenced in relaxed contemporary finishes, furniture and artwork.
Due to the renovation’s very tight remodeling schedule it was determined that Alliiance’s design team needed to be on site for the construction duration. What a testament to the lengths we go to serve our clients! When our team returned home to Minnesota—without tans, the doubters here had to admit that yes, being in Aruba…indoors…was a grueling assignment.
