Alliiance collaborated with Partners and Sirny, supporting the design of Oliver Kelley Farm by selecting and procuring furniture consistent with the project design, responding to function, and enhancing the guest experience.
The Oliver Kelley Farm includes a new visitor center, multi-purpose building, guest animal building, animal husbandry, maintenance building, picnic shelter, and associated site work.
The visitor center serves as a portal to the historic site through a strong visual connection, supporting program space, and interpretive exhibits. The project site is a National Historic Landmark. Site and building development are consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
Numerous sustainable design strategies were incorporated, including geothermal heating and cooling. The project is LEED Gold certified.
