Architect / Project Architect

We are seeking creative, energetic team players who are passionate about design to grow our multi-studio practice. Candidates must be graduates of accredited architecture programs with 3-10 years of experience and licensure in process or completed. Professional growth opportunities are available in our aviation, academic, civic/cultural, lifestyle, and workplace studios. Strong communication skills and a sound working knowledge of architecture principles are essential.

 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the project designer, project manager, and other team members
  • Developing project documents during the design, bidding, and construction phases
  • Coordinating the drawing work of the design team
  • Coordinating the efforts of the specialized consultants
  • Communicating the project related issues and decisions to the client
  • Assisting with project presentations to the client and others as required
  • Meeting established project budgets and schedules
  • Implementing the project quality control measures
  • Coordinating with the construction team, on a day-to-day basis, during the construction phase of the project
  • Effectively utilizing technical software and graphic tools; with required proficiency in Revit, some knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD, and competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Participating in firm-sponsored training and professional development activities

Lab Planner

We are looking for an experienced Lab Planner with Life Science, Pharma, Food, and Medical Device experience to lead the definition, analysis, programming and planning efforts for Science + Technology projects. Candidates must have minimum 8 years of experience in the architectural field with Life Science, Pharma, Food, and Medical Device experience, graduate of an accredited architecture program and licensure in process or completed.

 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the project designer, project manager, and other team members
  • Act collaboratively regarding architectural methods and practices
  • Supervise and guide team members concerning overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and quality control
  • Coordinate and direct the design documentation with the design team
  • Communicate the project related issues and decisions to the client
  • Assist with project presentations to the client and others as required
  • Coordinate and direct the efforts of the specialized consultants
  • Demonstrate competence in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team of planners, architects, and interior designers. This person will work with, and report directly to, the Marketing Manager as well as working with the firm’s leadership. We are seeking a person with effective project time management skills and strong organizational abilities who is detail oriented. Working independently as well as part of a team, this person should have excellent verbal and visual/graphic skills complimented by a deep understanding of our business and our messages.

 

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Assists with, or leads preparation of, proposal materials including establishing production schedule, gathering, writing, editing, verifying, and formatting proposals
  • Ensures that schedules are met and that all the various aspects of the proposals (Technical Scope, Staff Qualification and Experience, Biographical Data, etc.) and other marketing materials are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
  • Assists with, or leads preparation of, graphics and hand-out materials for presentations and interviews
  • Performs market, client, and project research in support of strategic planning and positioning efforts
  • Prepares and produces sales, business development, and project pursuit support materials such as brochures, presentations, articles, etc.
  • Supports business development staff in administrative functions (e.g., meeting minutes, file maintenance, etc.)
  • Coordinates presence at events such as trade shows, conferences, conventions, etc.
  • Coordinates aspects of client events
  • Prepares and distributes press releases, branding literature, award submittals, surveys, and other public relations related materials
  • Works with the Marketing Manager on content development for social media
  • Updates marketing collateral, project profiles, and project database
  • Assists with project photography
  • Assists with firm PR needs
  • Performs additional assignments as requested by the Marketing Manager
  • Collaborates with team members and stakeholders through flexible work arrangements

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field such as Communications, Journalism, English, Studio Art, Architecture, Graphic Design, or Interior Design
  • Strongly prefer experience in the Architecture and Engineering industry.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in marketing or a related field with demonstration of the required skills

 

Project Designer

We seek a creative and energetic architectural designer to join our multi-studio practice. Designers work in conjunction with lead designers to develop concepts that meet projects’ aspirational and practical goals.

 

We value collaborative individuals who are passionate about planning best practices, sustainability, the importance of integrating systems and infrastructure in design, who are interested in the integration of materials, assemblies, and detailing, and who have an ability to ground design ideas in broader knowledge and experience.

 

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited architecture program with 3-10 years of experience. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Sketchup, the Adobe Suite, and other graphic and visualization tools are essential.

 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the lead designer, project manager, and other team members to develop graphic and written design solutions for client approval
  • Creating project visuals including renderings and concept diagrams
  • Researching and evaluating project context, including site, surrounding buildings and urban planning
  • Evaluating projects in the context of relevant local, state, and federal regulations
  • Analyzing and selecting building materials and systems for projects
  • Communicating design related topics and decisions to the design team and the client
  • Assisting with project presentations to the client and others as required
  • Effectively utilizing software and graphic tools; with required proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit

We are seeking creative energetic team leaders who are passionate about design to join our multi-studio practice. Candidates must be graduates of accredited architecture programs, licensed with 10 years plus of experience, minimum of 3 years of demonstrated project management experience and a diverse knowledge of architecture principals, practices, and advanced technologies.

 

Project manager involvement continues from project pursuit through project completion to oversee the evolution and successful implementation of the client’s design solution. Participation in business development activities and stakeholder presentations in collaboration with other project leaders is expected. We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect and Planner with High Tech and Semi-Conductor experience who has designed and developed medium to large scale manufacturing and production projects involving client contact and leadership responsibilities. Candidate will have a minimum of 10 years architectural experience with high tech, semiconductor and/or electrical technology and graduate of an accredited architectural program with licensure in progress or completed.
