As part of the larger Project GATEWAY initiative to modernize the airport, Alliiance partnered with MLI to develop the vision guiding the long-term transformation of the airport. Following this effort, Alliiance led the design of Phase One—delivering modern ticket counters, information displays, and flooring as well as a cutting-edge baggage handling system that enhances both aesthetics and operational efficiency to elevate the passenger experience.
The ticketing area features ADA-compliant counters, durable materials, and finishes inspired by the local landscape. From the terrazzo flooring to the fluted wall finishes, subtle details ground the space in its regional context. The new 14,600-square-foot baggage makeup facility includes updated conveyor systems and relocates the TSA screening to a more efficient, behind-the-scenes location.
