2025 Promotions to Senior Associate

We are pleased to announce the following promotions to senior associate:

 

Amanda Arnold, AIA, LEED Green Associate

Since joining Alliiance in 2018, Amanda has steadily expanded her expertise as a project architect. She has deepened her experience in the Science & Technology sector and has played a key leadership role in the Environmental Learning Studio. Additionally, Amanda has actively participated in firm initiatives. Her thoughtful and methodical approach to project development provides a calming and trusted presence throughout all design phases.

 

Matt Casavant, AIA, LEED Green Associate

Matt joined Alliiance in 2021 as a project architect and is a leader in project delivery. His combination of technical skills and interest in design excellence has been invaluable to many projects, helping teams navigate challenging design problems and deadlines. Matt is well respected by clients, consultants, and contractors.

 

Megan Conner, RA, LEED AP

Since joining Alliiance in 2022, Megan has been integral—and invaluable—to the Aviation Studio. A registered architect with more than seventeen years of experience, Megan brings extensive expertise and knowledge in both design and building systems. She has contributed to a complicated expansion project earning the trust and respect of clients, contractors, and the entire design team.

 

Alan Dodson, AIA

Alan joined Alliiance in 2023 and is a highly experienced senior project architect and design leader with experience in various project types. His passion is uniting people, places, and technology to create place-specific designs. Alan provides strong team leadership, technical expertise, and mentoring, fostering a great team environment that encourages all team members to look beyond the obvious and explore alternatives to meet project goals.

 

Jeff Driesbach, AIA, LEED Green Associate

Jeff joined Alliiance in 2016 and has more than thirty years of experience. He has served as a senior project architect for large, visible, and complex projects at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport while also supporting other aviation and non-aviation projects. His colleagues appreciate him for his attentive listening, intuitive mentorship, and strong technical skills.

 

Andrea Loy, CID, IIDA

With a passion for connecting the human experience and the built environment, Andrea is committed to creating spaces for clients that are beautiful, functional, unique, and memorable. She is a thoughtful listener and strong communicator who has provided design and project leadership with key clients, gaining their trust and delivering on their vision. Since joining the firm in 2019, Andrea has worked on numerous interior projects and understands the importance of durable, timeless, and sustainable finish selection.
