2024 Promotions to Associate

We are pleased to announce the following promotions to Associate:

Savannah Belcher

Savannah is critical to the smooth running of Alliiance. She has filled several positions from project assistant at Alliiance’s airport office; general administrative work at the headquarters; to her current role leading accounts payable, employee expense report processing, and the huge task of processing monthly invoices.

Matt Casavant, AIA, LEED GA

Matt is a leader in project delivery. His invaluable combination of technical skills and interest in design excellence has resulted in teams overcoming challenging design problems and deadlines. His projects at Alliiance include the Washington County Service Center, Mississippi Gateway Regional Park, and multiple projects at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Catherine Clow, AIGA

Catherine has been an invaluable asset to Alliiance as a graphic designer. Bringing experience working with international design firms, she has elevated our overall firm’s approach to graphic design. Catherine loves all aspects of graphic design—from choosing the right font to establishing the Alliiance color palette.

Amber Egofske, AIA, LEED GA

Amber has become a valued colleague in the Public Studio with her willingness to take initiative on projects, work collaboratively with the entire team, and advocate for design excellence. She has worked on a range of projects including the Peridot retail space, Mississippi Gateway Regional Park, Washington County Service Center, MnDOT Jordan Truck Station, and many more.

Kristopher Huisinga, AIA, LEED AP

Kristopher combines experience in workplace planning and design with strong graphic skills and sensibilities. He has contributed to the successful planning and design of numerous projects including the Allianz Life WOW Pilot Project; Aveda Renovation; Butler Square Renovation; Ecolab Advanced Design Center; H.B. Fuller Electronics Lab; Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Baggage Claim; and the Plumbers Union Local 15.

Ed Johnson

Ed is a thoughtful and self-directed team member who excels during the construction documentation and administration phases of interior architecture projects. His project knowledge and responsiveness have contributed to our long-term success with Allianz Life; Boston Scientific; Buffalo Wild Wings; Disciplined Growth Investors; Ecolab; IC System; LexusNexus; Metropolitan Airports Commission; Mercy Hill Church; University of Minnesota; Wells Fargo; and West Pharma.

Krizia Medero, Assoc. AIA

Krizia is a key design contributor to public projects including the Washington County Service Center, Mississippi Gateway Regional Park, Woodlake Lutheran Church, and Spirit Mountain Ski Chalet. Her impact has also been significant at the firm level and has led many initiatives to elevate our design culture.

Katie Nash

Katie complements the marketing team and firm with her strong organization skills and management of internal projects. Her writing and copyediting skills have ensured that Alliiance maintains the highest quality.

Jason Picka, LEED AP BD+C

Jason has served numerous national aviation clients including International Falls, MN; Spokane, WA; Idaho Falls, ID; and the Metropolitan Airports Commission. He has developed strong technical knowledge necessary to reliably create solutions to complex problems and is a trusted resource among our clients and partners.

Jonathan Rozenbergs, AIA, NCARB

Jonathan is known as a jack-of-all-trades to meet the client’s and project’s needs. He has been a key team member for client presentations, developing design studies and drawing packages, mentoring staff, and fleshing out the design vision. He has worked on airport projects in Louisville, KY; Memphis, TN; and Moline, IL; along with the University of Minnesota St. Paul Campus Center.

Rula Shadid, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Rula has contributed to many projects including Cargill Global Animal Nutrition Center; St. Gabriel the Archangel Church; the University of Minnesota Dwan Lab Renovation; Memphis International Airport; and numerous projects for the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Her ability to understand complex design problems and distill them into key issues moves designs forward effectively and thoughtfully.

Brandon Weis, AIA

Brandon primarily serves the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Supporting a variety of project types and scales, Brandon has been a champion for design execution during contract documents and construction phases with his advocacy and technical strength for thoughtful and sound detailed solutions.
