OUR VIBE
Alliiance is in the historic Bovey mansion near downtown Minneapolis. Our open studio is a true reflection of our team-based culture – and how we practice architecture. We’ve transformed the original residence to create spaces where everyone works together. We make sure that we foster dialogue that, with the ensuing creative chaos, turns into design.
Impassioned design discussions, fierce Ping-Pong tournaments, and spontaneous celebrations all coexist in our dynamic workplace. We honor our glorious Minnesota summers with weekly cook-outs on our rooftop deck. And like any good barbeque – our clients, colleagues, family, and friends are always welcome.
