OUR PROCESS
Every client has a set of needs, a unique culture, a budget, and a dream to be realized.
Our process is tailored to the individual issues faced by our clients. Our integrated team approach is enhanced with our strong project management to ensure the timely and effective delivery of our team’s services within the agreed-upon cost and schedule parameters.
The foundation of our design approach rests upon three critical components:
- Bring client and project teams together under focused, communicative leadership – to develop a common vision.
- Utilize the best tools available to define, discover, and develop the specific qualitative and quantitative information that brings the project parameters – that vision – into being.
- Engage in an iterative design process, where we reach beyond prescription and intuition, where we consider simultaneously from inside and out – to build creative solutions that connect together people and place through design.
Our tools, ranging from simple sketches to complex 3D and Building Information Modeling, are employed during our process to enhance communication with our client and our building construction partners to deliver exceptional results.
